The SAXS Focus 3.0 is a versatile small-angle/wide-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS/WAXS) system facilitating independent or combined SAXS and WAXS measurements. The multifunctional platform features a spacious sample chamber, a multifunctional sample stage, and a high-vacuum flight tube, enabling the analysis of a broad spectrum of sample types and sizes, such as solid powders and crystals, liquid solutions, colloids, thin films, and fibers.
